1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery (depending on your policy).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Certain items are non-returnable, such as:
Gift cards
Digital/downloadable products
Sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made products
2. Return Process

Email us at zephayabeauty@gmail.com to initiate a return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at zephayabeauty@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Then contact your bank or credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
