Welcome to ZephayaBeauty! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping from our base in Las Vegas, Nevada.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST may be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.​

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs:

Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays.

3. Local Pickup (Las Vegas Only)

We offer free local pickup in Las Vegas, NV. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time. Pickup is by appointment only.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (where supported)

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Track your package through the shipping carrier's website using the tracking link provided.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

  • Contact the carrier if tracking shows “delivered” but the package wasn’t received.

  • If the issue isn’t resolved by the carrier, reach out to us.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
